Is this cat condo secure, will not tip over when cats jump-on? NO way to secure the condo to a wall.

This cat tree has a sturdy wooden frame, and it is 32 pounds in weight with a lower center of gravity, it should be very stable for a majority of cats. If you have a larger than average cat, you should consider the weight of the cat, the dimensions of the cat tree, and where you’d place it in your home when purchasing. This item does not come with a wall mounting kit.

Is there a hole in the bottom of the round condo so a cat could exit there

The condo has a solid floor for your cat to rest on. It features a hole on the top for easy exit.

Is the top perch fully enclosed or does it have an opening?

Replaced an old beloved but fraying cat tree with this one. Both cats took to it quickly and use both areas. The exposed bolts on the top bed aren’t raised so don’t bother them. Carpet is not as thick as is like but it’s decent and is Holding up to scratches well after a few months. It’s nice & compact but perfectly cozy for our medium/large cats. Cats and humans are happy.

Purchased the tower to discourage our kitty from scratching our furniture. We placed it next to a chair and it’s worked. The only con is that when she scratches

They were initially interested, but the platforms on this are very, very small. They can’t lay down on it. It might work for a very small cat. Will be looking for another cat tree.
