The first perch measures 19 inches long by 14.5 inches wide and is 15 inches from the floor. The second perch measures 13 inches long by 20 inches wide and is 16 inches from the first perch.

This is the perfect cat tree for bigger kitties! It’s very sturdy & doesn’t wobble or shake at all. I’ve got a couple of big kitties - Maine coon & ragdoll that love this cat tree. It’s been so great for us that I ordered a second one. Highly recommend this one for anyone who wants a sturdy cat tree. And it comes already put together - which is a plus!

Both cats took to it immediately

My cats play on this all day long. Both levels get used and sometimes they get on it together. One of my cats is quite large and it's a large enough tree for both

My cats play on this all day long. Both levels get used and sometimes they get on it together. One of my cats is quite large and it's a large enough tree for both which is why I purchased it (they both can fit in the top part and not cause a traffic jam of some sort). Plus this is real carpet and wood. My large cat cannot use a flimsy put together scratcher without immediately falling through it. This scratcher also showed up preassembled. I was surprised and very pleased actually that I did not have to assemble it and it was ready to go!

Super sturdy cat tree

Although this item is a relatively heavy, well constructed cat tree, I would have preferred that the upright scratching areas were sisal, instead of really cheap

Although this item is a relatively heavy, well constructed cat tree, I would have preferred that the upright scratching areas were sisal, instead of really cheap carpeting. I am constrantly picking up carpet fibers, more so than any other cat tree that I have purchased. But, my cats really enjoy the attached toy. If you don't mind dealing with cleaning up the carpet fibers, I would recommend this product.

Potent smell

The carpet was completely destroyed on the first one I purchased about a year ago for my cat. The wood was still in good condition but I decided to replace. This

The carpet was completely destroyed on the first one I purchased about a year ago for my cat. The wood was still in good condition but I decided to replace. This one smells very strongly. I’ve had it on the porch for over a week to air out and it still smells. I should’ve attempted to replace the carpet on the old one. The carpet on the new one doesn’t seem like it will shred as much as the previous, but I can deal with shedding if my cat is happy.

Bought this to replace a window perch. Our cat is getting older and I didn't want him jumping up so high. This is the perfect height for him to climb up and sit in his window. He loves it. I love that it came already assembled...that probably makes up for the higher price. My cat is a big boy bombay who weighs around 20lbs and this thing is big enough and strong enough to support him.

This was a gift for my nephew’s 2 brother cats. One is 10lbs and the other is about 18lbs. My nephew is concerned about any tree being strong enough to hold both of them. There are two perches, one for each cat, and seems very sturdy. My cat loves trees made from carpet, so that feature stood out to me. It is not super tall , but the perches are larger so that each cat can spread out. I have a pic of them checking it out after the unboxing. Oh, and a big plus to this is that it comes already built!

This is an amazing, well built cat tree. I love the thick sisal for. scratching. I've had it 3 years and I'm glad they still sell this model. My cats are big, especially my 23 pounder. They fit great on it. Sometimes one on each level. He sleeps on the top level every night. It is just now getting a carpet chunk coming off, as seen in photo. Other than that, they scratch it up pretty good, as well as a singular scratching post. I believe having an extra scratching post helps them not to tear this one up so much. I am definitely going to buy another one, probably next year.

My Maxx was very curious as soon as I took it out of the box! He weighs 10lbs at 2yrs old. This cat condo is heavy and very sturdy. No assembly. His last cat tower lasted almost 2yrs but everything he jumped on it, it would wobble and became very weak and not sturdy. This is the best cat condo ever.
