Perch Cushion Replacement?

What are the dimensions of the perch?

The top perch measures approximately 15 inches long x 15 inches wide. For the complete sizing chart, click the “Size” tab, next to the “Instructions” tab, just under the product photos.

How difficult is this to keep clean? I have a Norwegian Forest Cat that sheds mountains of white fluff.

The removable bedding can be machine washed separately in cold water only. Gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry in low heat. Reshape as needed. For best results, Hang to dry. For the rest of the cat tree, spot clean stains and vacuum fur (using small handheld or attachment) when necessary.

What is the height of the first perch? It's not listed in the description. Thank you

We bought this cat condo for a Christmas gift for our former cat. He was old and it just wasn’t a good time for him. We finally built it this Christmas for our new kitties. These are our new fur buddies. We’ve had them since Dec 21st and Dec 22nd. We built the cat condo on the 21st. For some reason they don’t use the bottom level! Otherwise it’s really nice. It’s soft and seems sturdy. It holds them both well, one is 9 lbs and the other is 10. The bigger cat doesn’t mind stretching out, he doesn’t fit as well. The smaller cat first perfectly. First floor for rent, new build. Looking for the perfect first tenant! Includes a spacious cave and scratching post. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Rent is only 5 cuddles per day! Please no dogs and no smoking (catnip or otherwise).

Easy to assemble, good size for two cats, a bit wobbly

Not sturdy enough (IMO) for just one cat. The fabric coverings are thin and do not provide sufficient cushion. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it. Had I been at the house after it was out of the box and before assembly, I would have re-boxed it and returned it. I think it will meet its demise (the garbage) quickly.

It's the best small cat tree I've ever had! I liked the removable bed on the top and 4 of my cats love it too. My 5th one still likes the bigger one better MOL. Frack has claimed the bed as his and the others have to use the rest of it until he leaves. It's also easy to put together.

Didn't last a year

My cats were enjoying this quite a bit, but I noticed that no matter how much I screwed on the topmost bed tower, it never would connect tightly. Finally, this past week, it stopped attaching to the bolt altogether. My cats are of average weight and preferred to use the sturdier bottom column for scratching, so it wasn't overuse that led this to break. This just seems to be a design flaw that can't be fixed or mitigated. Also, due to the design of the condo, I cannot remove the bolt portion sticking up on the shelf & can't let my cats use what's left for fear of injury. Unless this has been fixed, I would suggest finding a different model.

Broke in 5 months

This was our second time to order this particular cat tree. The first one lasted a long time, however, this second one did not. The entire top tier completely broke
