Not quite the size it says it is.

I bought this condo to fit a specific spot, based on the measurements given in the description. It is wider than the 21.6 x 23.6 base because two platforms overhang

I bought this condo to fit a specific spot, based on the measurements given in the description. It is wider than the 21.6 x 23.6 base because two platforms overhang by 3" on one side and 5” on the other side if you spin the mid-platform outward as the photo suggests . The top bed is not 18.8 x 23.6 as the schematic says, but actually 16 x 21. Other than some misleading measurements, the structure is solid and stable, my two one-year-old cats love it. They outgrew their previous condo and both single post beds wobbled until they broke. Having double posts on every platform is fantastic!

Sturdy! :)

Kit Kat has put on a few pounds....she definitely was out growing her perch bed! I did a bit of looking and reading and found the Frisco 48 inch heavy duty cat tree!

Kit Kat has put on a few pounds....she definitely was out growing her perch bed! I did a bit of looking and reading and found the Frisco 48 inch heavy duty cat tree! Received today and set up was pretty easy! It definitely is more sturdy then her other one and plenty of room for her to lay comfortably on top bed! I like it, however my cat is not a normal cat! Lol She is afraid of everything and I am hoping she gives in to it soon! I have a few pics to show the difference in trees! The other one worked well, she is just getting a bit thick! Lol (Don't judge) she is very happy! Just not with the tree/condo yet!

Sturdiness, longevity, size, good height, good scratching posts.

Our cats love this cat tree, we’ve had it for 3 years and are just now getting a new one. The scratching posts on this tree are very nice and durable for our 15lb Bug and 9lb Boonie and can handle them scratching for months to years! The height is perfect for most windows because they can get a great view of outside on both the top tier and also the top of the cat hut(which is also extremely durable). We definitely recommend this cat tree for people with bigger cats!

This tree fits large cats like my ragdoll and is sturdy! It comes with wall attachments but we leave ours free standing near a window. I know that comes with it's risks but it has held up! I occasionally take a fur scraper to it to peel all the built up fur and it leaves it looking brand new. I'd say this tree was a great deal for the price since so many are only made for much smaller cats. It also fits both my cats at the same time well.

For large cats!!

I was skeptical only because it’s hard finding a cat tree that my big 20 lbs, ball of love cat named Toby can sleep comfortably on. This ended up being perfect!

I was skeptical only because it’s hard finding a cat tree that my big 20 lbs, ball of love cat named Toby can sleep comfortably on. This ended up being perfect! Setup was super easy, and my 2 cats absolutely love it. Even bigger than I was expecting so that’s a plus. Great product for a great price & my fur babies are happy so it’s a win win all round!!

This is very nice and not flimsy at all. The problem (that's why I gave 3 stars) is my cat will not go near it. Also the bigger problem is it is much bigger the I thought! I was looking for something taller I could put near a window which it is, but it's a lot wider then I imagined. So unfortunatly since it was in a little smaller space it was just too big. I cannot use. My daughter has 3 cats and if she has room I'll see if she can use it.

This thing is amazing! The platform, condo and bed are all proportioned very well for my grown up boy cats. I was surprised having bought several of them over the life of these two guys. There's also a nice amount of scratchy post stuff. The unit is sturdy enough for 3am zoomies without risk of tipping, but not so huge that it feels like it's taken over the living room.
