I purchased two cooling orthopedic crate “beds” for two of my four dogs. Trying to help keep them cooler. My oldest on occasion licks her paw and even licks the surface of the mat. I pray there is nothing toxic in the mat or on it. I cannot imagine the mfr would sell a product they know is harmful.

The 22-inch bed is 13 inches wide, the 24-inch bed is 16.5 inches wide, the 30-inch bed is 18.5 inches wide, the 36-inch bed is 23 inches wide, the 42-inch bed is 28 inches wide, the 48-inch bed is 30 inches wide and the 54-inch bed is 36 inches wide.

Does this have 1 inch of the cooling memory foam gel?

The 22, 24, and 30 inch mats are 2 inches thick. The 36, 42, 48, and 54 inch mats are 3 inches thick.

The cover on this bed is almost impossible to wash and put back on. The zipper is only on the Botton and the actual padding needs to be folded in half to remove

The cover on this bed is almost impossible to wash and put back on. The zipper is only on the Botton and the actual padding needs to be folded in half to remove and put back on. It took me 45 minutes to get the cover back on. I would never buy this bed again. Unfortunately I bought two. One is still in the box where it will stay. I will look for something easier to change the cover when needed.

firstly, the inside material is easily testable. even taking the cover off, you’ll probably rip it. secondly, after using this for about a month, when i took the cover off to wash (like i do every week) i noticed there was slight yellow discoloration. at first i thought it was pee, but it didn’t smell. this discoloration progressively got worse and is not a dark yellow. overall, it’s not super comfortable, my dog didn’t love it, weird discoloration, and not very fragile
