I really like this item for our Mini Schnauzer, Connor! The height adjustment is awesome - more relief for his neck. It’s higher than the one we had before. I also like that the structure is plastic - much easier to clean. The one I had before was made out of wood. I can only imagine all the bacteria living in that, gross! And I really like the slow feeder. I didn’t expect it to be helpful but it works for Connor.

I purchased this for our French bulldog puppy who eats like a vacuum cleaner and then would immediately throw up. The slow feeder has really helped with slowing her eating down because she’s having to work for it. For water our vet said to put ice cube in it so it’ll slow her drinking down as well. I gave 4 stars because even at the lowest setting, our French Bulldog has to stand up to eat and she’s 5 months old and pretty stout for her age.

I like the adjustable height

It is a big wobbly on the highest setting if your dog eats with passion! I needed support to keep it steady. I also wish that they made the bowls more shallow

We needed an adjustable height for the bowls and the extra water bowl and the slow eating kibble bowl were what we were looking for. Our dog finally slowed down

Roux is enthusiastic about his bowls. So much so that he will pick them up and toss them around on the floor when he thinks he needs more water and food. After a failed attempt to audition him on cymbals for our high school marching band, we decided instead to purchase this bowl set. It’s saved our ears from the crashing of metal water bowls to the floor and kept the pace of his eating reasonable. We are hoping to start him on tenor saxophone in time for next marching band season.
