These bowls are suitable for both dogs and cats. The 0.75-cup bowls have a mat that measures 14 inches long, 8.25 inches wide and 1.25 inches high.
How difficult is it to remove the bowls from the mat?

Bowls are wonderful!

We recently fostered four kittens. If you know kittens, they are rambunctious to say the least! They kept tipping their food bowl over. I saw these food bowl with the little trays. So I ordered two! The few pieces that get pushed out of the bowl? Fall neatly on the tray! No more wasted food. Of course, the strays we feed weren’t happy. They were getting all that food that fell on the floor!

Just right

Did not last a week

Puppy sliced this in half within a week. I thought it would keep his food and water accessible to him, while keeping it off my floors. It was perfect until the puppy started moving it around- one slice of his razor sharp puppy teeth and it just slit in half. Very practical and serves a purpose but not sturdy enough. Maybe good for an older pet, not still training.

Not for puppy

I purchased this for my new puppy, worked great for one day! He then figured how to take out the bowls and carry them around dumping water everywhere, then picking up mat and carrying that through the house. Not heavy enough to stay put

So glad I bought this!

We've only had our pup a few days, but so far this mat with bowls is a winner! She likes it, as it's low profile enough for her to maneuver and it stays put, which I feel keeps her calmer when eating, rather than feeling like she's chasing her food.

Great until they learn to flip it over

I used this bowl set for my puppies food/water for 3 months and it worked out great! She's a Yorkie (4 months) and she ate out of it just fine, until one random day she learned that she could dig her nose under it and flip the whole thing making her food and water go everywhere then that's all she wanted to do! She also got the bowls out and hid them. So, great to start with but I moved to another dish she can't flip over or remove the bowls.

Buy it now!!

I bought this for my puppy and it has been AMAZING! It's the perfect size for her at her age! My girl's pretty messy and it had kept all of her food & water off of my floors. It is very easy to clean, doesn't slip around, and its cute! Definitely going to get a bigger one when my girl grows!

Very nice for small dog

So far this works very well for a small dog. Easy for her to eat out of. My only suggestion is it would be nice if water dish was a little larger.
