is the cover removable to wash

Are the sides of the bed soft where it doesn’t stay firm?

The overall dimensions of the Small bed measures 21 x 19 x 6.5 inches, the Medium measures 26.5 x 22 x 9 inches, and the Large measures 32 x 26 x 10 inches. The interior sleeping dimensions of the Small measure 14 x 12 x 5 inches, the Medium is 17 x 14 x 6 inches and the Large is 23 x 17 x 6 inches.

Will the underneath fabric melt in the clothes dryer like so many other beds that are machine washable?

For best results, it's recommended to hang dry this bed or tumble dry on low.

When purchasing this bed, I was hopeful that the products' size & quality would be on par with expectations, and almost opted to go out locally to purchase a bed

When purchasing this bed, I was hopeful that the products' size & quality would be on par with expectations, and almost opted to go out locally to purchase a bed I could see & feel. Ultimately, as you can see I chose this one, and am VERY pleased!! This product exceeded my expectations in all ways. It's surprisingly good quality, has good weight to it, is softer than I anticipated, and looks really nice within a well-furnished living room.

Well, it was my mistake ordering it. I have a medium-sized cat so I ordered a medium-sized bed. Except it is a medium-sized dog bed like for a border collie or something. So now I have a huge bed that Bridget won't even go close to. I would probably fit better in it than she would, haha. Maybe if I just leave it near a radiator all winter she'll eventually try it. We'll see. Or maybe I should trade her in for a basset hound. jk
