I purchased this crate for our foster dog and it is extremely well made and durable. We are trying to get her crate-trained since she has displayed destructive behavior in a previous home and to get her crate trained will hopefully make her more adoptable down the road. She has tried to bust out a couple of times but this crate has held up well and the soft and padded crate mat that comes with the crate is a bonus! She is a tall, 65-pound lab mix and we purchased the X-large so she would have lots of room to stand up and move around. I love the two door options since she prefers to lay left to right and in the other crate we had she could only lay back to front since it had just one door on the end. She is doing really great with crate training and is very comfortable. It is such a great price too! Well worth the money!
It is good quality product and the two entry doors make it versatile for room placement. I love that it comes with the bed pad, which is a perfect fit. It is a little heavy if you want to use it for travel, but it is built to last. The set-up is quick and easy and the handle makes it manageable carry. It collapses nicely too for minimal storage. I would definitely recommend it.
Our crate arrived in excellent condition and easy to set up. It is a really nice crate. Just unfold it. Our dog gets anxiety when it storms and chewed the gate on the old crate. It was twenty years old so we are hoping this one holds up. It seems strong and has two gates which I like and we use the one on the side and not the end.
I bought this same crate 2 years ago for my lab and it has been a great crate with no issues. So, when we decided to get our second lab, I wanted to get this same crate. Shipping said 1-3 days, however, it has now been a week and unfortunately will now not be here in time for my new puppy so I will have to return the item once it gets here.
I bought this for our lab, he was still a puppy when I bought it and I wasn’t sure how big he would get or what size I needed. I used the little cage addition insert to make it smaller when he was a pup but now that he’s older He gets the whole crate. There is plenty of room for him to lay down, stretch out, and stand up. He loves it and I know he’s safe when we aren’t home.
Very happy with the crate. It is made of heavier duty materials than other crates we looked at. Very satisfied
This is a very good crate but not very portable. It is way too heavy and bulky to travel with but we use it in our bedroom for our 80 lb. Labrador and it works well. It is rugged, spacious and secure.
Just what I needed for my 2 fur babies. The little pillow that came with it was destroyed within weeks but easily replaceable with there favorite blanket!
Wonderful! Now Henley has plenty of room. He loves it! He isn't in it that often, but when he is, he is very comfortable. Very heavy duty!
I bought this crate based on the reviews and the fact it said heavy duty. I have an 11 week old puppy. It has been using the crate for a couple weeks now. We left the house for 2 hours, we returned and somehow an 11 week old puppy was able to separate 2 of the panels and get crushed in between. Now my puppy can't walk and I can't afford the vet bills. I most likely will have to put her to sleep. DO not trust this crate!
