I really wanted to like this product, it is a good size and the flap on the front makes it easy to access to feed your pet. My major problem was that my dogs kept sniffing it and eventually knocked it over. I had to buy a different container to replace this one.

Sealing Issues

I ordered 3 of these to store all my pet food. I had an initial issue of the ovular opening not sealing on one. Chewy replaced that for me. Now after having them

I ordered 3 of these to store all my pet food. I had an initial issue of the ovular opening not sealing on one. Chewy replaced that for me. Now after having them for about a month, I am having issues with all 3 containers. The connectors will not stay sealed. I’ve even tried not stacking them, but the connectors will not stay fastened and just pop open after a few minutes. Very disappointed.

Great concept, bad execution

I’ve given this item two tries. Both times it made 35 pound bags of dog food spoil because the lid cannot stay fastened. They were kind enough to send me replacements

I’ve given this item two tries. Both times it made 35 pound bags of dog food spoil because the lid cannot stay fastened. They were kind enough to send me replacements because I thought it might be defective but now I wasted another bag of food. My dog refuses to eat it so I can tell it is stale. I am pretty frustrated.

I actually bought 2 thinking these would solve the storage issues I was experiencing. The lid is so difficult to remove and line up to reattach. The flap does not

I actually bought 2 thinking these would solve the storage issues I was experiencing. The lid is so difficult to remove and line up to reattach. The flap does not stay open for scooping the food. If, maybe, you had 1 tiny dog, this may work but as someone with multiple large dogs, its not a good purchase. These do not hold a large volume of large dog food. We buy Purina Pro Plan Large Breed food.

Not pet proof

I hadn’t poured the bag of puppy food inside. Instead I rolled the bag shut and tucked it inside and latched the lid and flap closed It had been like this for over

I hadn’t poured the bag of puppy food inside. Instead I rolled the bag shut and tucked it inside and latched the lid and flap closed It had been like this for over a week. My Aussie saw me refill the small glass air tight container separate from this one. My Aussie pop per the small hatch open, pulled the bag out of the container thru the smaller opening that she had opened herself. Ate the puppy food that wasn’t hers and now I get to deal with the fallout (stomach issues from eating pounds of different food suddenly ingested)

I did contact Chewy and they are sending "replacements" which I'm not sure if that means the whole item or just the lids, but either way will update when those arrive.
