Sturdy but could use some improvements

Human review: This assembled pretty easily, but installation on the wall could have been easier. I wish it came with a print out to tape on the wall & ensure the holes are in the right place (like how bathroom fixtures do). The holes are not slotted so there is no slack or margin if you put your wall anchors in the wrong spot. Similarly the instructions don't say what size drill bit to use for the anchors. However! It is very sturdy and I trust it on the wall once it's up. Cat review: My cat is okay with using it, but it's been hard to place in a way he can easily access. The side holes are too small for him to jump in or out of (12 lb cat), so it needed to be put somewhere he could walk in/out of. Not an instant favorite but does get some use from my cat.

Super easy to put together and install. One of my cats specifically loved the bed. A great high spot for my bedroom for them, and it’s rather cute.

Cat Haven

Frisco-Frisco Hexagon Wall Mounted Cat Wall Shelf has become Pistachios favorite hang out. The design is beautiful and inviting but the very best part was the time spent building it. While the instructions were very simple to follow, it took two to build it. Nothing like daddy daughter time.

Great addition for your cat comforts

I absolutely am obsessed with spoiling our cat. And if we had more than one I'd spoil the others too. That said she loves hiding spots. She has a cat tree and a cat house made from cardboard but she definitely needed a wall addition and this leaves options to add to her wall comfort spots. The hexagon is well made and durable. It comes with a soft insert for your cat to lay on and a scratching pad for the upper part. They also include complete instructions the tool you need extra screws and a bonus cat toy. The hexagon is easy to assemble and makes for a great spot to crawl inside of and sleep or sit on top of and lounge or scratch. Our cat really enjoys her ability to get away and escape the floor and regular foot traffic and get up high to watch things in windows and also lounge.

Cute Cat Wall Shelf

The cat was not overly enthusiastic at first to try it out. But you know cats, they have to see and try things on their own. I let him see it and after a few days he was curious. He loves it. The weight is not too heavy for a wall mounted object. Added his 9 pounds to it when he is in or on it and it still stays on the wall and never falls off. His favorite place is on the top of it right now but he has gone inside of it too. He jumps on the table to get to the openings from there at times and climbs up on it. But he can make it on the top in one jump where it is located. I was so glad he uses it. I might want to get a another different wall mounted companion shelf to go with it for him now. I'm not replacing this one though. It is a conversation piece for sure when guests stop by.

Cats love it

I received this cube in exchange for my honest review. This was super easy to put together . I set it down while trying to figure out where on the wall I wanted it , and my cats immediately sniffed and looked at it . They went nuts one got on top and sat on ruff scratching mat and the other sat on nice fluffy pad on inside . We eventually hung it on the wall and one of the cats is always sleeping inside of it !

Love it

This is sturdier than it looks. I do not like putting things together, but this was straight forward and the instructions easy to follow. The natural wood color is attractive, but I think I will try to paint to match my decor. My cat was inquisitive and helped me with the build :) He is a big boy, so I am thinking to just use this on the floor.

Fun cat shelf

My cat loves this Frisco Hexagon Wall Shelf. The shelf parts came with easy-to-follow instructions, and I had no problem in assembling it. Before I could decide on wall placement, my cat had sniffed the shelf thoroughly and jumped right into the middle onto the furry mat. This shelf has become her favorite sleeping spot, and I haven't even attached it to the wall yet. She also likes to play with the included toy. Thanks Frisco!

cute but not super functional

The process of putting this item together was easy enough that even my 6 year old can do it but my cats were not impressed. The shape itself is more aesthetically pleasing but all the holes confuse my cat and they do not like it. My cats wont even go into it if i put it on the ground let alone the wall. I assume because the holes near the laying area make it less safe feeling.

This Frisco Hexagon Wall Mounted Cat Wall Shelf is well made and good for my cats. They seem to enjoy this instead of climbing kitchen appliances. They enjoy a view of the entire room or can sleep when desired. This item is perfect for our family room.
