Breaks Easily
My cat loves this product, and because of that I wish I could give it five stars but I have had it for about two weeks and already one of the tent poles has broken and there are a few different holes in the fabric (at the bottom where the tent poles “rest”). Because of that the tent is hard to assemble because the bottom will slide up the poles when I try to assemble it. It’s also not easy to repackage since the directions are super vague and probably took me about 45 minutes the first time I tried to put it back in the bag. If you’re thinking about getting something like this I would go with a different product since this one is easily breakable.
Great pop-up playpen
I bought this so my cats could have access to fresh air once I move into my new apartment. Perfect size for 2 cats. Eventually, I want to buy a second playpen so that they are connected by one tunnel. One caveat, 3 of the support rods don't fit all the way down into their fabric sleeves and the velcro tabs that hold them in place can't be secured. As a result, that area of the playpen wall sags. Short of cutting the rods, I may try buying velcro and extending the tab so that it can close over the support rod. This is a quality control issue that should be addressed.
He loves it
I know this is meant to be used outdoors, but at the moment, while we're having record-setting rain, it's in my living room and our cat, a 15-lb bengal, is loving it. We left it open at both ends and he carries his various toys inside the pen. He runs through the entire thing, rather than going around, to get from one side of the room to the other. He attacks the hanging pompom at the end of the tunnel, and pounces on the tunnel itself. A great success.
My Marigold loves it!!
My Marigold is now an only kiitty as we lost our other kitty a few months ago. Marigold was also born almost totally blind. However she is super energetic and absolutely has loved this tent and tunnel in her playroom. She likes hiding out in the tent from the dogs and playing obstacle course agility through the tunnel to get her favorite treats. We can't wait for the weather to warm a little to take it in the backyard so she can watch and listen to all our birds. She has never been outside but loves to sit in the windows or door and watch them playing in the trees. This tent and tunnel has been a great addition to enrich her life.
Poor quality
After three weeks, the stitching is coming undone and almost all of the poles are poking through the top, bottom, or both. I've reinforced with duct tape to try and prolong it's life because my cats do love it, but not worth what I paid
Playful kitty
I have several cats. They have been playing in this tunnel nonstop. I haven’t taken it outside but they have a room where they have toys and food. This is the favorite for all my kitties. It can be taken down if I don’t want it up and to do so is easy. They were playing before I could even get it out of the box!
My cats love this!
This playpen is a great size. All of our cats love to play in this. It's big enough for them to play on different areas at the same time. I like that the top mesh cover is removable and so is the tunnel. They are always entertained by the hanging toy. The best part is that the whole thing is collapsible and doesn't take up a lot of space. Once it's folded up, we can slide it under our couch.
Great fun
This has been a huge hit with the family and our cat! Our cat has lately been discovering the backyard but very nervously so creating a safe space for her to be with us while also in her own space has been really good for her. And our daughter loves interacting with her while she is playing there. I also love how compact it is for storing when the weather turns. Overall great addition to our backyard and home!
Home Base Fort for Cat
This playpen is so cool. The kitty LOVES it. If we cant find her, now we know where to look. She always hangs out inside. Loves to chill and watch the world go by while comfortably safe and sound in her pop up. It was so easy to put together, literally minutes. The construction is sound.. not cheap, will not tear. Great quality. She will come out, slap the dogs around then retreat into the safety of her tunnel. They cant follow her because they don't fit. Then she sits there and laughs in their faces. Its quite entertaining. Highly recommend.
Cute idea
My cat Pumpkin loves the tent and tunnel playpen. It was so easy and quick to set up. This is a very high quality item. Pumpkin loves the tunnel and then arriving at the playpen. I laugh watching our German Shepherd Rex whining because he is way too big to get in the tunnel. Pumpkin enjoys her time in the playpen. Cute design and the perfect size for outdoor and indoor use. I highly recommend.
