Can’t OPEN IT! NOT SAFE

I needed to remove Casto’s collar to compare it to his brother’s which came undone, (not at the clasp) to figure out what went wrong and discovered neither my husband

I needed to remove Casto’s collar to compare it to his brother’s which came undone, (not at the clasp) to figure out what went wrong and discovered neither my husband nor I could open Castor’s collar! This is scary as it’s supposed to be a Safety release collar to Prevent Choking should he get hung up on something! The collar itself is beautiful, but the tiny bell fell off within weeks (I received the collars on Sept 26,, 2025, and today is only Nov. 15th!), and I have different problems with BOTH collars! I am not just annoyed, I’m angry that these are NOT KEEPING MY BOYS SAFE!

Well, that was easy. He let me put him on him with no complaint. Now my wide-ranging neutered male cat has an I.D., so whoever finds him can contact me. The breakaway feature of this collar is an important safety feature, and he has only pulled it open once. The custom embroidery was the main selling point for me, as it makes the collar not only personalized, but also provides important contact information. I am very happy with this purchase, and would certainly recommend it for cat owners whose babies tend to wander far.

This is the second collar that I bought like this in the hopes that my cat could not break out of it like a teeny Houdini. It was not on him even 5 minutes when he got it off. And it’s not because he doesn’t like wearing it. He does. He just pops it off. He’s picked it up in his mouth and brought it to me to put back on. I’ve now use an elastic collar. Good so far.

We took the bells off, because we've learned that they are bad for the kitties ears. They both lost them within a week. Not your fault. They are supposed to break

Personalization Incorrect and "breaks" too easilyo

They changed my personalization and moved the name of my vet, which everyone in this county knows, to directly after the cat's name like it was my last name instead

They changed my personalization and moved the name of my vet, which everyone in this county knows, to directly after the cat's name like it was my last name instead of after my phone number like I entered it. Plus, my cat was able to "break away" the collar by just scratching. I found it once outside but it is now gone somewhere outside.
