Good size for Small or Medium dog. My dog chewed the roof off. One of the bars had a dent on it. A little difficult to open and close the entrance door.

This pen has turned out to be a life saver for me. My thirteen week old Retriever had learned how to "scale" the sides of his 24" wire playpen, so it was "game on"! This was the only pen with no cross-slats he could use to climb, and it has turned out to be a life-saver. The panels can be removed so that if you want a 4 or 6 panel pen (rather than the standard 8 panels), you can down-size - and easy to add those panels back on whenever you need them The panels can be locked in place so that "The Dog" can't "lean" against them and move the entire play pen. The door latch is easy to move and can automatically close behind you/The Dog, so that you aren't fiddling to close the door. The top and bottom ends of the panels are plastic, but I would recommend putting the pen on something to protect your wooden floors from being scratched if you decide to move it. The pen is sturdy, and a bit heavier than the standard wire playpens, but not unmanageable. It can be folded flat and comes that way, so unless you're attaching it to a wall to be used as a gate, set-up is a snap. I haven't used the umbrella yet... I would recommend this product without reservation and give it 10 stars if I could!

Well designed sturdy gate/pen for our small pup. Panels can easily be removed/added to fit space and can easily be attached to the wall; Unclimbable with No cross bars; Love that the joints connecting each panel run along the top and bottom, making this much safer than many other pens that have a gap and hinge design where a pet can catch an arm etc.; Gate swings in or out and hinge holds open position Shown with 1 less panel to fit our space
