Is this collar stitched?

This collar is not stitched or glued. The high-quality nylon webbing has an Ultra-Weld™ seal for superior strength. It’s been lab tested to withstand up to seven times the maximum recommended weight for each size.
Can I change the name on the collar

This collar can be personalized with your pet's name. To add your pet's name, click the orange "Personalize Now" button. This button is placed where the "Add to Cart" button is usually. Once clicked, a new window will pop up asking you to fill in the "Collar Text". After adding the name, click "Review" and confirm the information is correct. Once everything is set, hit "Add to Cart".

Frisco reflective collar with name & phone number

When first received, I thought it was great. The reflective material worked really great. However, the collar is weeks old and already the reflective material is wearing off. I thought the name and phone number were stitched or embroidered but they are printed and also subject to wearing off. I ordered a second one for another dog who loves to swim in our pond. I’m wondering when the reflective material will wear off. Not sure how long it will last so not willing to recommend it. Please respond and advise? Thank you, Laura Galvan

All the info - no jingling noise

I love having the option of all her information being on her collar and then placing tags on her harness! This way she’s not constantly bombarded with noise coming from the tags. The collar is printed great - all the information is clear and legible. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Not what I expected

The font is much smaller than I expected, and part of my dogs name gets covered by the metal. I did not try to return since they were customized but I did end up ordering new reflective collars from a different company.

do not recommend

I bought the size based on dogs neck and past collar measurement, however, when I adjust the new collar, the adjustment slide covers part of her information due to the placement of the name and phone number

Fabulous!

This is a great collar, with large, easily readable font size and it is reflective as a bonus for night walking. I am completely satisfied, a great product at a great price.

Repeat Order

We live on acreage so our black standard poodle had room to roam. But it was great to go to the door and see him and his collar even when it was starting to get dark. I was so pleased that his name and my phone number was so clear and visible. With a new puppy, I didn't hesitate for a moment to order the same collar. It's a winner!

Bear's New Collar

I love it! Bear's last collar did not fit right - he could pull right out of it. This one is just right and he cannot get out. Plus - his name is on it - love that!

Sturdy & reflective

So far their collars seem sturdy & reflective. Negative is the adjustment bar covers dog's name &/or contact info., which depends on neck circumference.

GREAT COLLAR.

A truly GREAT collar (I often refer to it as his necklace). Light weight & well made with bold print of his name and phone #. I can leave it on all day and not worry about matting his fur. It is well worth the price. I am going to buy another one for him.
