Easy set up!

We (and our dogs!) absolutely love our purchase. We set it up immediately and the video is 100% accurate about the ease and efficiency of set up. We were done in 15-20 minutes. Most importantly, our dogs love this new arrangement. We previously had generic wire crates with pretty crate covers and crate pillows inside but both dogs were ready for more space and just a general upgrade. We chose this item because it fit perfectly in our existing space after removing the old crates so they're still in their corner of the kitchen but with their new crate furniture! They each staked their claim to their space and have transitioned seamlessly from that moment on! We also got a great price!! After looking for quite a while and passing on others because of both others' bulky appearance and their price, we're so glad to have made this purchase. Chewy comes through every single time!! Thank you!

Some Flaws

For the price, I wasn’t expecting the numerous flaws I found. Most of the hinges are already rusting. The frame itself has so many scratches and scuffs. Not to

For the price, I wasn’t expecting the numerous flaws I found. Most of the hinges are already rusting. The frame itself has so many scratches and scuffs. Not to mention I spent more time cleaning the grime off than it took putting it together. It looked like it was packaged in the shipping yard. That being said, it was very easy to put together. The top wasn’t quite level and had to move part of the latch to actually be able to lock it down. It seems to be of good quality if you can overlook the cosmetic flaws.

Missing parts

The unit arrive with a bent hinge and missing screws and also there is bulge in the top lid. It was way too expensive for this to happen.

return item too small for our German Shepherd

Our dog would not go into the dog crate. I was told I could return the crate for full credit and Fedex would pick up the crate as is. I did not have to disassemble

Our dog would not go into the dog crate. I was told I could return the crate for full credit and Fedex would pick up the crate as is. I did not have to disassemble the crate as there are too many parts and screws. Fedex refused and said I need to put the crate into a box. I do not have a box that big. Please tell me what I am supposed to do with the item. It is sitting in my room. I would not recommend this item for a large dog.

Meets Our Needs

Although this isn't recommended for a cat, that's how we are using it. If you have a small dog or cat, the bars are a little far apart. We kennel out cat at night

Although this isn't recommended for a cat, that's how we are using it. If you have a small dog or cat, the bars are a little far apart. We kennel out cat at night and this 65" crate fits a large litter box, bed, and food dishes. He is used to being created and doesn't try to get out. With a rambunctious dog, not sure. Looks good but it is definitely BIG. For us, it works but it may not for everyone. No issues putting it together, missing parts, etc.

We’ve had this crate for our 2 frenchies for about 5 months and it’s holding up pretty well. It’s super easy to clean and still looks in perfect condition. It took 2 to put together but it was due to how heavy it is, instructions were easy and simple and measurements were pretty accurate. We got the 65 inch and would have loved to get the smaller one but it was out of stock and I didn’t want to chance missing out on this one, I’m sure they don’t mind the extra space.

Beautiful and functional!

We received this beautiful dog kennel for our two labradoodles. It is perfect! Our pups love it. We’ve only had it for a few days now, but seems to be very durable

We received this beautiful dog kennel for our two labradoodles. It is perfect! Our pups love it. We’ve only had it for a few days now, but seems to be very durable. We love that it looks like a wood crate but it’s actually metal. So our 1 yr old doodle won’t be chewing on it. The top of the crate is so pretty as well. A good height. We have ours in our laundry/mud room. I can actually find clothes on it if I need to. We have the divider in place for now, but it’s nice that it is removable if we wanted to. I would definitely recommend this. Well worth the money. I’ve seen similar kennels in other websites for twice the price. When I found this in Chewy, it was a no brainer! The price was good , and you can’t beat their service! Thank you Chewy!! Rubi and Walter love their new beds!
