Great but beware

The brush overall is great for my cats fur. It’s just the right size for their small frames. I like the self cleaning option which works great. The handle is comfortable

The brush overall is great for my cats fur. It’s just the right size for their small frames. I like the self cleaning option which works great. The handle is comfortable. The only complaint I have is a big one in that the bristles are so sharp. If I happen to get my hand in the way the bristles cut me. I have to be very careful against my cats skin and sometimes I hear the bristles catching on their skin. I tried it for a while, but I’m getting a different one that has coated bristles for me and my cat’s skin well-being.

I keep this in the living room next to my chair.

This brush works on all 5 of my pets. My labs shed and when I pet them and get hair, I switch to my self-cleaning brush. Hair then goes straight into the garbage

The wire has sharp tips that are uncomfortable for sensitive skin

Easy to Clean

Super wonderful, easy to use and my kitty really loves it! It's not too big either which was the problem I had with a few other brushes as he is still a small kitten!

POOR DESIGNED BRUSH

Have purchased same style self cleaning pet brushes, but never experienced issues with them as I have with this brush. The self cleaning plate will not retract flush

Have purchased same style self cleaning pet brushes, but never experienced issues with them as I have with this brush. The self cleaning plate will not retract flush without fiddling with it. Brush has missing and skewed teeth. Have requested return for full refund. Chewy usually sells quality products, so was extremely surprised when received this brush.
