Great!

This item is a great addition to our grooming. Pete loves to have his fur brushed, and this beauty removes much of the loose 'Pete' so that the vacuum isn't working as much.

Great for sensitivity

I have a super sensitive longhaired GSD and she cries when I brush her. This inexpensive rake takes out the undercoat gently. It's like you're scratching with you fingernails. She actually likes it!

Fabulous Tool

Pretty good in combo with curry brush

I bought this brush as part of a brush-buying spree when I brought home my domestic longhair. As an extremely fluffy girl, she needs to be brushed regularly (which she fortunately loves). While some reviewers say that this brush is good for getting loose undercoat out, I found that the teeth were too wide apart to really be effective. However, this rake worked very well for collecting loose fluff that came off after brushing with the fish-shaped grey Frisco curry brush! Overall a success, but not effective by itself.

Waited too long to try a rake

I waited way too long to try a rake for my golden, Keeshond, german shepherd mix. I also have an other dog and two cats but I can tell that but just giving him a couple quick brushes a few times a week it has improved the hair situation in my house! And to think this rake was less than $5!

I should’ve purchased the furminator rake

Not as good as I expected. Seems too rough for my husky. The rake is so spread out that I don’t think it gets much hair. Probably the least used brush I own.

Works good

I bought this comb for my adopted Maine Coon cat when I adopted her is she had not been in the best living conditions and her sides and underbelly were totally met it in some right or right down to her skin she would not let me touch her on her side her belly you start using this comb on her and slowly she got to like being combed and I loosen up the mats and we're making good progress on getting them out so I recommend this comb for anybody with a long hair cat or for that matter dog small dog that would work best on that has mats

Incredible shedding brush!

I barely stroked my 100lb dog with this tool/brush and it pulled a massive amount of loose fur off him. No other tool has come close to being this good and efficient. Also, the "teeth" give a little to make your pet even more comfortable during the grooming task. It exceeded my expectations! Fantastic value!

Super Awesome!

We just rescued an ASDxLab and I guess you could say we thought we knew what shedding was until we got him. This comb/rake got all of his shedding undercoat out, made quick work of the mats on his hind quarters and tail, and he loved it! Bonus points because it’s easy on the wallet and it matches our curry combs and Ryobi tools with its green handle. If you’re on the fence about this and you have a dog with a thick undercoat, here’s your sign. Get this thing right away. You won’t regret it!

My cat likes it

Overall pretty nice, but the spikes in the brush are super loose.
