I barely got it out of the package before my cat was crawling up my leg to try to get it! This ice cream toy is a good size for larger cats (my boy is over 15lbs and very long). My male cat loves the texture of the cone part and keeps rubbing his teeth and chin on it. It's a good shape to be used as a "kicker" as well. Some of the other "kicker" toys I have bought in the past have been more rectangular and my cat has a hard time holding onto it while he kicks. The cone-shape of this one allowed him to get a really good hold on it while kicking. It also has a slight crinkle-sound to it when you squeeze it in your hand. Overall, very pleased with it!

Overall good cat toy! My cats loved to bat this ice cream cone around with their front paws; it skidded along the floor easily and enticed them to chase it! They enjoyed biting both ends (the plush end and also the more burlap like end). It seems easy to hold between their paws as they bunny kicked the toy with their back legs. So far the toy has held up well to repeated play with no fraying.

This toy is so cute, and is surprisingly made of a pretty tough fabric. The catnip/silver vine in it is also pretty strong, even my cat that doesn’t tend to care about catnip/silver vine toys was having a great time playing with it. Both of my cats absolutely love this toy, as soon as I took it out of the box they were both fighting over it and carrying it around the apartment. My cats can be pretty rough on their toys and so far there are no holes in the toy from them biting and scratching it.

I love that they thought to incorporate dental chew material into the cone part -- it both adds more detail to the design and makes it even more functional for kitties to grip and gnaw. It's also a great size to use as a kicker for smaller kitties, and the catnip must be potent because it was a big hit. Artemis immediately snatched it up and has loved swapping between kicking and chewing on her new strawberry ice cream cone!

My cats all love this toy. It’s the perfect size to chase around and has just a round enough shape that it moves when they bat at it! I do wish it was a tiny bit bigger because it would make a great kicker if it was a little bit bigger. All three of our cats have taken a turn with this toy which is pretty rare since we’ve got a wide range of ages and preferences. Our oldest seems to love it the most but she’s also our catnip monster. She had a good chew on it trying to absorb that good catnip.

However, NOW she has decided she likes both of these toys and plays with either one. Not sure the silvervine and catmint in it is as intriguing as plain catnip for her. However, since she does play regularly with it, I'd overall call this a winner!

BUT, unfortunately after his last c/up he was put on a strict Hill'sYD diet and that meant no treats, plants or herbs (catnip) because the soil contains sodium and it a big NO for hyperthyroid issues. So, I gave it to my neighbour's kitty, Charlotte who is enjoying a new toy and she's Ok with catnip.
