How many seeds does it contain, approximately?

There are enough seeds in our pack to grow dozens of catnip plants, but not all seeds will grow, some will decide to remain dormant until the next season, so always put 5 or 6 seeds in your pellet disk to be sure!

How often do you water the grow your own catnip plant kit?

It grew nicely, but didn't appeal.

This company's dried catnip is apparently grrrreeeeeaaaat. But the fresh raw plants that grow from these seeds did not appeal. It is definitely catnip, and grew

This company's dried catnip is apparently grrrreeeeeaaaat. But the fresh raw plants that grow from these seeds did not appeal. It is definitely catnip, and grew nicely. But she wanted nothing to do with it. It flowered and apparently dropped its seeds into the pot of cat grass, which sprouted, and suddenly the cat didn't want to put her face in the grass either! And she loves to eat grass. Ymmv, but I'll stick with the dried.

I tried very hard to follow the directions, (You ever try to sand a seed so small you can barely see it?) but so far, not much is happening.

I should have read the reviews

The pellet of 'dirt' was not enough to use for anything and I just used what I had on hand to attempt to sprout the seeds. So far, only one seed has actually sprouted
