I ordered the X-Large size for my Lexus GX460 and the fit is perfect; it covers the full cargo area, including the sides and second-row seatbacks. The material itself seems durable and of high quality, which I appreciated. However, I’m very disappointed that the suction cups that are clearly shown in the product images and even depicted in the included installation guide, were not included in the package. Without them, the side flaps cannot be properly secured and end up hanging loose, defeating their purpose. What’s especially frustrating is that I’ve always trusted Chewy for maintaining strong quality control and ensuring products match their descriptions. This experience falls short of that standard. I hope Chewy addresses this with the vendor and ensures listings accurately reflect what customers will receive. This could easily have been a 5-star product if it had come as advertised.
