Disappointing

I ordered this same bed a year ago for Millie. It had a good run but it was time for a new bed. I ordered the exact same bed and the bolsters and pad are much smaller. I don't know if this is shrinkflation on the part of Furhaven but it is nothing like the bed I bought last year. I will keep it because Millie loves this type of bed but I am extremely disappointed. The bed in the picture is the bed I received last year and this one is smaller.

LOVE the jumbo size, many issues with the large size

I have two dogs, and I ordered the Jumbo sized bed first to see if my dogs would like it- and they do! The jumbo bed was perfect. I then ordered the Large for my smaller dog, and that's when the issues started. I first received a USED bed which reeked of cat pee, and Chewy promptly sent me a new one. I just received the new one, and the foam is defective. Only half of the foam inflated while the other half is so thin my dog may as well be laying on the floor. I will be calling Chewy today to ask for either new foam or yet another bed, but overall this dog bed is wonderful aside from the issues I've experienced with the large size.

Great Bed With a Stuffing Issue

This bed has been great for our boxer. He has had it almost a year now and it is still thick and he uses it daily. He loves to cuddle up on the sides and use them as a pillow. HOWEVER, when you do have to wash this it is terrible. The stuffing inside of the "arms" around the edge of the bed SHEDS TERRIBLY. When you remove the cover to wash it, tiny, fluffy pieces of the stuffing and fabric get everywhere. EVERYWHERE. It requires lint rolling and vacuuming everything. The pieces float around and get everywhere. They stick to you, the dog, the floor, the carpet, the furniture, etc. I have no idea what this stuffing is but it is terrible. The actual foam of the bottom of the bed is fine, it is the "arms" around the edge that does this. Dear company, PLEASE use something else to stuff this!

Disappointed with size. For lg dog order jumbo PLUS

It’s no bigger than the lg serta we have. My 95 lb Shepherd will not be able to stretch out like I had hoped. Customer review shows a 90 lb dog on a jumbo with lots of leg room, so I chose that size. They must have a jumbo plus. That’s what I would recommend for a large dog. The quality is good, about the same as the Serta. Costs a lot more.

Lali loves it!

Bought this for my old lady - Lali just turned 14, becoming arthritic, and needed something a bit firmer. I bought the medium, which fits her just right at 34 pounds. She still sometimes goes to her older bed, but has turned to this one most frequently. 2 thumbs up!

Disappointed

Ordered this for our German Shepherd, and this looks nothing like the picture. The bolsters are so low that he can't lay his head on them. We ordered the jumbo size based on the item description and it's way too small.

The item is not as pictured or described. The bolsters are very soft and and low. They cannot support a dogs head, nor are they high enough for the dogs head once they are in the bed.

My gsd LOVES this bed

I bought a jumbo for my 90lb german shepherd and this is his new favorite bed. He loves the bolsters. He snuggles his snout in the creases, he loves to hang his paws over the edges, or rest his head on the bolster as a pillow. The foam is firm but feels soft to the touch. When he lays on it, there's no sinking and it's holding up great after a few months. If you're debating this bed, you should buy it!!

I bought the jumbo bed in the green color for Colt my German shepherd about a month again. My girl Addie GSP decided she wanted to take over his, so I had to get her one. They both love them. Thank you Chewy. You’re always there for us.
