best ever bed
Tippi loves her new bed and is very relaxed. She is 16 years old and this is her first bed so I didn't know if she would like it and believe me she took to it right away. Tippi is a fussy and loving princess. Her bed is on my bed because that is where she always sleeps. Thank you for making a wonderful product and it shows you have love for animals. Tippi's MOM SYLVIA
Cloud of Fibers
I would like to start off by saying my dog and I loved this bed! We have had it several weeks now with out any issues, until I washed it. I followed the instructions and noticed after it came out of the washer there were tiny fibers everywhere, to the point I had to vacuum the inside of my washer. I thought it was odd but took it outside to shake it off and let it air dry. Once dried I attempted to assemble the bed and this is when the fibers went EVERYWHERE! They stuck to everything, it got to the point I couldn't open my eyes because there were tiny fibers in them. Once I had the bed assembled I vacuumed it and even lint rolled it, hoping that would take care of the fibers. I, myself then had to go take a shower to remove the rest of the fibers because I couldn't just pull them off, then spent 20 minutes vacuuming the area where I assembled the bed. My poor chocolate lab went and laid on it and started sneezing, as soon as he got up you could see the fibers all over him. At this point, I threw the bed in the garage and contacted Chewy. I had to then bathe the dog and vacuum again. As much as we loved this bed before washing it, I just can't handle the fibers and feel it can't be healthy/safe for my pup. Chewy was fantastic about the return and I hope we just received a defective bed. We will not be purchasing again but I hope others have better luck. Over all the bed was very comfy and fit our 100lb. chocolate lab great! **I wish I would have taken a photo to show how bad it was but in the moment I just honestly wanted to get rid of the fibers and the bed.
Comfortable, Durable
We use this bed on the floor of our basement workshop. Our 8 month old ES puppy chews a bit on the bed before he falls asleep. At 37 lbs the size large is perfect; he still has room to grow into. The bed is holding up well to some agressive, but short term chewing. It's easy to reassamble when you take it apart for washing. I'd buy it again and recommend to a freind.
Measurements not as advertised
For the SMALL, the interior surface area is actually less than 11 inches in length. It is definitely NOT the 14 inches as stated. I bought this needing a sleeping surface of at least 13 in. I can't return for a medium, as it would be much too big. Wish it wasn't so hard to find a pet bed in my desired size.
a good choice
This bed is soft, supportive, and feels cool to the touch. It will be great for my senior this summer. I do recommend ordering a size up. I got the small which is rated for under 20 pounds. The bed is a tight fit for my 14 pound cat.
His favorite bed
My greyhound is big and long. The jumbo is perfect for him. He can curl up or stretch out with plenty of room to spare. He loves the sides to both cuddle up in as well as use as a pillow. He loves his bed.
HE LOVES IT!!!
I spent a long time scrolling through the list of beds that Chewy had to offer. This is absolutely the BEST dog bed I found and Cash absolutely LOVES his new bed! He hardly ever used his old bed but now he will choose his bed over laying on the couch with us. I wasn't sure which size to go with because he's one that sleeps in all positions. He will curl up in a ball but then spread out and take over every inch of the bed. For reference, Cash is about 70lb, almost 9 month old Lab and I went with the jumbo size. It's the perfect size and he still has some wiggle room since he's still growing. The walls are also a really cool feature and they're very supportive. My husband and I have both tested out the bed (just to make sure lol) and we were both surprised how comfortable and supportive the memory foam was. If you're on the fence about this bed, just get it! I promise your dog will love it!
So worth it !
I got this bed for my new furr baby and I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE. The quality, how big and comfortable this bed is. I just hope my dobie also likes it when he gets here.
GREAT BED FOR MEDIUM TO LARGE DOGGOS
My dog is a dutchound lab and it is hard to find any bed for him because though he is considered a medium dog from his weight he is long and heavy. Most beds I have purchased on Chewy have been decent but when I go medium, I have a bed that's too small and not enough cushion. When I buy large size beds they are often too large for my room or have no rounded cushion. THIS BED is amazing. It's not too long or wide, it is a bit on the large side but only for its comfortable mattress (when I press my hand down I don't feel the flooring unlike other beds). It fits perfectly where my normal medium size bed would go, It always has a comfortable border that suits like a pillow, and the material of the whole thing is sooooooo soft. Even my toddler wanted to lay on the bed. I hope my description of the bed suits your doggos needs too. For reference, Taco is 48lbs.

I replaced my GSD’s worn out bed with the FurHaven Velvet Waves Perfect Comfort Cooling Gel Bolster bed. I was impressed with how soft the material is and the comfort of the mattress. I also like the fact that the cover is washable. My dog is 110 pounds and the jumbo size gave him plenty of room to stretch his legs out. Also, Chewy has great customer service! Hopefully I will be this pleased after the first washing!
