Go tags product defective. DO NOT! recommend. Customer service horrible.

I purchased this tag for my YORKIE last year. I just put it on my pup in early 2025. He wore it for about 6 months and it fell apart at the loop hole and the rubberized

I purchased this tag for my YORKIE last year. I just put it on my pup in early 2025. He wore it for about 6 months and it fell apart at the loop hole and the rubberized material was breaking down, a clear defect. I contacted go tags phone support via their website and left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. A few days later , I sent a email with photos of the defects and eventually received a message from their supposed customer service 4 days later. Not only did they not take responsibility for the defect nor did they care to offer anything. To me a real testament of a good company is how they handle the problem and how its resolved. Go tags did neither. Note: It appears others have experienced the same bad product and bad support. Do not recommend buying from go tags as they demonstrated lack of customer care and overall lack of customer service. Shame on you Emily Y and liling .

Broke easily

I had this tag for my last dog and loved it. When I got a new dog, I ordered one because it doesn’t make noise. Unfortunately with a young puppy running and playing,

I had this tag for my last dog and loved it. When I got a new dog, I ordered one because it doesn’t make noise. Unfortunately with a young puppy running and playing, this broke right where the ring attaches to the tag and I was not able to glue or reconnect it. Had to throw it away and order a metal tag. Maybe when he’s older I will order another one.
