What does it mean when the S and the N lights are flashing?

Is this dishwasher safe?

The drinking dish, hair catcher, and water reservoir are all dishwasher safe. However, the pump housing must be washed by hand. We recommend cleaning your filter by rinsing it under water and rubbing any external hair and debris-free. Although you'll eventually need to replace your filter, cleaning it regularly will extend its life.

It’s a great product, but had to buy my 3rd one. The mushroom shaped filter is not available as a replacement, and it gets out of shape. My dog has a lot of facial hair so food gets trapped and what the filters don’t catch gets sucked thru pump and blocks off water flow. Cannot take pump totally apart so I’m on my 3rd one. Luckily they are very affordable. My dog won’t drink out of a bowl now!

Love this fountain I am replacing all my other cat water fountains with this model I have four to date. So easy to maintain. I have eleven inside cats when they were kittens they would dismantle the bowl so an easy fix was electrical tape around to attatch bowls to secure until this mischief stopped. Possibly the least expensive I have every purchased but without the best.

Looked good, but looks aren’t everything.

I liked it the cats did not. The first day they checked it out and moved on. I thought give it day or 2 and see what happens. Had it for a week now and nothing happened

I liked it the cats did not. The first day they checked it out and moved on. I thought give it day or 2 and see what happens. Had it for a week now and nothing happened. Every time I went to the kitchen they would meow at me so I thought it was food they wanted nope they wanted water. My one cat is a very private eater and drinker, so it was hard to tell if she even tried it. The other I saw her drink out of it twice, probably because she was really thirsty. I put a regular bowl down they drank from that, even the private one. Was somewhat quiet, I don’t know if that’s why they didn’t use it or they just didn’t like it. Can’t return it cause foolish me threw out the boxes.

Totally Silent

I loved the fountain and the light that it had and the quietness of it but my cat just wanted to play in it after about 10 minutes. There was more water on the floor

There was more water on the floor than there was in the bowl back to square one figuring out why he only wants to take a few drinks of his water and then tip the rest over.
