Rechargeable battery?

This collar has a rechargeable battery with up to 90 day standby time/40 days of normal use with a single full battery thanks to patented signal wake-up technology. The collar hibernates if not used after 1 minute but wakes up instantly by pushing a button on the remote.

How do I sync the collar to the remote

To sync the remote and receiver, turn them on, push ½ button to have "1" display on screen, then push and hold the power button on the collar till its blue light blinks and release your finger. Immediately (while blue light still blinking), push a vibration or beep button to sync. You will hear a long beeping sound. Do the same for the second collar when you push ½ button to show "2" on screen.

Would this fit my two year old German Shepherd and is it really safe for him to play in the lake with this on?

This collar is waterproof and completely submersible and fits necks measuring 10 – 24 inches.

SAVE your $89.00. Total JUNK!!!

Purchased July 2021. After 6 months collar #1 would not hold a full charge. 14 months later collar #2 stopped working all together. No refund or exchange possible

Purchased July 2021. After 6 months collar #1 would not hold a full charge. 14 months later collar #2 stopped working all together. No refund or exchange possible. After consulting with Chewy about our issue the Lab Daddy decided to open up the collars. He proceeded to find dirt and moisture. They were supposed to be waterproof. Cleaned throughly and dry the collars still did not work. Save your money and spend $89.00 on something else! These are a total waste!!!

I highly recommend this collar to anyone who needs to have extra training with their pup, my dog is a german shepherd and is pretty well trained, but there are always those situations where you may need to remind her to listen. I am easily able to do this with this collar as the remote/collar connectivity is great...seamless really. It also holds a long charge and doesn't take very long to charge. the remote has a soft nice grip vs a hard plastic grip and it comes with a nice wrist band, although that was hard to put on. Regardless of all the collars I've tried for her, I would say that hands down this one is the most reliable.
