I only got this because my mom was like the puppy needs to be able to run. But this is a hassle. You have to tighten a little screw on the ring of the collar to clasps it on the collar. I would definitely not purchase this again and would want to return this. It’s not what I thought it would be. I need to be able clip the collar and go.

Not a good choice for a retractable leash

The lights are great! The pause, lock, unlock, and release mechanism is junk. It gets stuck in lock when you only press pause (the switch to lock slides too easily

The lights are great! The pause, lock, unlock, and release mechanism is junk. It gets stuck in lock when you only press pause (the switch to lock slides too easily into lock position). Once unlocked and released...it doesn't release! You have to fidget with it and hit it multiple times to get the button to pop back up. Ridiculous!

Button/switch for locking was not seated correctly

Would like replacement or new one as this one is faulty. Light are cool. But it doesn’t function as its primary use so it’s kinda useless.

Didn’t last long.

This was nice while it worked but that’s didn’t last long. The light no longer turns on, so it’s just a clunky leash.

Cute but retractable mechanism does not work

There is a bad glitch which prevents retractable mechanism from functioning correctly. I had to get the refund. Chewy people are always great to assist my inquiries
