This horse feed is not suitable for donkeys. Horse and donkey dietary requirements are very different, the most appropriate feed for donkeys is straw, hay and grass in moderation.

Stamm 30 is very easy to use in conjunction with any type of feeding program or management application: 1) It can be fed with oats or other unfortified grain to provide “balanced” nutrients for horses of all classes and ages. 2) It can be mixed with sweet feed or pelleted rations when additional nutrient fortification is needed. 3) It can be fed alone to mature horses being maintained on all forage diets (easy keepers) and to young growing horses experiencing developmental orthopedic disease (physitis, contracted tendons, osteochondrosis) as a low-calorie source of essential protein, vitamins, and minerals. 4) It can be fed as a “top dress” for performance diets when the stress of high levels of physical activity requires the maximum level of nutrient fortification.

This is a very nice feed, with a good quality mineral and the benefit of seaweed derived calcium (similar to outlast, not just calcite). I like that the grain types

This is a very nice feed, with a good quality mineral and the benefit of seaweed derived calcium (similar to outlast, not just calcite). I like that the grain types in it are minimal, with less varieties of byproducts when compared to others. I'm currently challenging an airway issue with a soy free feed, but plan to go back to Stamm 30 if there's not an effect.
