Not consistent

I wish the product always looked like it does in the advertised picture but it does not. Unfortunately there have been many instances where the product looks burnt

I wish the product always looked like it does in the advertised picture but it does not. Unfortunately there have been many instances where the product looks burnt. I take my chances every time I purchase since both of my dogs love the treats. But when it looks burnt I end up tossing it out since they wont touch it.

Hit or Miss

When these are baked just right they are wonderful and my dogs love them. The last few bags were very overdone and were hard and burned. Chewy was amazing as always
