Too hard and large-unable to break

So I thought these would be smaller OR that I could break them up. They are too large for a mini dachshund who weighs 8 lb. She can’t chew it and I can’t break it

So I thought these would be smaller OR that I could break them up. They are too large for a mini dachshund who weighs 8 lb. She can’t chew it and I can’t break it (unless I pull out a hammer?). Also the smell is not even interesting to her so she doesn’t want them at all. One and done and donation if someone will accept them. We did buy some salmon skins that were a much better product for her.
