I see conflicting information in questions and reviews about whether this can be used as a shorter length or if it always has to be the full 18 feet. I have a puppy that I think may need a shorter tunnel to start out with, maybe half that length. Can this be used not fully expanded?

While there may be ways to keep this from fully expanding, it's not designed to be opened less than at full length.

Can this tunnel be used indoors without the stakes?

This tunnel is designed for use outdoors. It does not have a way to attach to hardwood or carpeting, so it will not be as stable indoors.

How can I get the tunnel to stay in one place I tried using the stakes unless I’m not using it correctly the wind keeps blowing it around

The stakes are included to secure the tunnel outside. Usage may vary as it may be too windy to keep the tunnel stable.

Pup LOVES it

Beautiful Blue

This tunnel is lightweight & just perfect for me to use with my senior dogs who really aren't into the agility scene. We just use it to make our outdoor time a bit

This tunnel is lightweight & just perfect for me to use with my senior dogs who really aren't into the agility scene. We just use it to make our outdoor time a bit different & fun. The cookies for running thru the tunnel make it really fun & Hailey is even eager for repeats altho she thinks turning around & coming out the entrance qualifies as a completion worthy of a reward. Lucy rockets thru so fast she can do the tunnel twice during Hailey's transit so she wants extra.

Long for indoors, but she loves it.

If you have an active puppy, this is for you! We've used it indoors and out to burn off her endless energy as a Jack Russell mix, she must be 90% JRT!

This was a first birthday gift for our brave, confidence and curious little girl. We tossed a treat in and said “tunnel”, in she went! After a few repititions she started going in just by hearing the word. So far we’ve only used it indoors and Superbad she still chews, but it a big hit and she dies a happy dance when she sees us unfold it.
