I've bought other brands of Lime Sulfur to combat the mites, but this one seems to be the most effective and is less smelly. When I apply it, it chills my cat

I've bought other brands of Lime Sulfur to combat the mites, but this one seems to be the most effective and is less smelly. When I apply it, it chills my cat so I put him in full length pajamas, wrap him in a blanket and let him sleep with me until it dries. They get respiratory infections so easily if they get chilled. His hair is growing back better with the addition of the cream on him along with monthly Dr. Goodpet Dog & Cat Flea and tick Medicine Drops I use. I have to buy that elsewhere since Chewy doesn't stock it, but I wish they would because it is so superior to other preventatives. It not only works like other monthly flea, tick and mite preventatives, but it eliminates my pets allergies and miraculously takes the tartar and plaque off their teeth!

Helped a Lot

My cat was losing fur on her ears; I checked them inside and out but didn't see any bugs or pests. I put this on, and the dryness went away, and her fur started

My cat was losing fur on her ears; I checked them inside and out but didn't see any bugs or pests. I put this on, and the dryness went away, and her fur started growing back. I now coat her cute little ears with Coconut oil. (Note: they cannot ingest this, so I apply and put her soft donut cone overnight and gently washed her ears the next morning before applying coconut oil.)

Doesn’t smell nearly as bad as expected!

I have a kitten with ringworm currently and have been using this on him for just over a week now (did the 7 days first, so now tapering down to 2x weekly). He’s on other meds so I can’t say for sure if it’s this alone or a combination of all things, but it does seem to hydrate his skin where it was flaky/losing hair. I was expecting this to smell horrendous based on some reviews I have seen of this brand but doesn’t smell nearly as bad as I was expecting. Definitely has a hint of a sulfur smell but is mild. My older cat seems to be showing a spot of hair loss/ringworm, despite my kitten having been isolated since we found out his diagnosis and all the cleaning I have been doing, so I just ordered a second jar to use on my older cat. Hoping it works its magic on him too!
