Birds don’t go near it

I put one out and no birds would eat the cake. So I put a total of 3 and still no birds would eat. Not even the starlings. Not sure if the cakes are bad but strange

Poorly packaged. The seed pod did not stand up to shipping.

Half the seed pods in the box had fallen apart during shipping and handling. Some of the cellophane was open on the individual pods. NOT HAPPY.

We've bought these for some time.

The birds love them. However, I wish you sold the upside-down "umbrella" holders. Our local store no longer carries them.
