hot pepper snack stack wild bird food

this isn't great; it's very reasonably priced compared to other hot seed cakes but it's filled with crappy corn and other stuff the birds don't seem to like .. I'll have to get the more expensive cakes

No Squirrel food here!

Pleased with this product for our bird food flat feeders. Hot pepper keeps squirrels away. Lasts for about a week for us - so fewer refill trips to the feeder!

lousy

Did not work at all. The squirrels ate it like the other seed. Do not recommend.

Great stacker

The birds love it! The squirrels do not! And they arrived without any damage. (When I've ordered similar products from elsewhere they are often crumbling.) As always Chewy sent my order quickly, efficiently and without any problems.

Spicy Seed Cake

Most squirrels avoid this cake, but there a few who do it eat. I have to sprinkle the cake with cayenne pepper powder to deter those that will tolerate the moderate spiciness level. The cake also falls apart rather easily and there is loose seeds on the ground which leave a mess. Fortunately the ground-feeding birds don't mind! I would recommend that the manufacturer add more red pepper extract and gelatin.

Not the usual

I've purchased this bird seed cake many times with no issues. However, this time they arrived disintegrating and fell apart.
