Bad experience.

The order was very delayed, I have communicated with customer service twice to ask for cancelation and refund because it was taking too long. Customer service assured

The order was very delayed, I have communicated with customer service twice to ask for cancelation and refund because it was taking too long. Customer service assured me that they canceled the order and refunded me. (Twice!) Based on this , I ordered a different product and it was delivered after 2 days. Then after a whole month I find this order in front of my door and of course no refund was issued whatsoever. I was literally forces to wait a month and keep something that I already bought an alternative for. Very disappointed at Chewy for the first time ever. And of course I don't recommend the seller.

Both cats like this house. The top holds the weight of my big cat (16 lbs). And she likes hiding inside as well. It's big enough for them, but not too big to take

The cats are exploring it, both inside and on the roof. They seem to like it, but they have lot of other good places to sleep, and it’s not really big enough for two full-grown cats to share. Also, I think they might prefer to have more than one entrance/exit. Kittens could fit through the windows, though. It might appeal to a nursing mother cat.
