My cats do love these houses. They come with scratcher bottoms and they love to rip them apart, the. Lye on them comfortably. The issue is that the scratcher is not replaceable you have to buy a new unit everytime they deystroy it. Not that 6 months isn’t a long time for 3 months per side to entertain our fur babies. But they get so sad when we replace it, like we just threw out their comfort spot and they resent us for a few days.

The scratching cardboard is thick and reversible. I just bought another one from Chewy for when he finally destroys the current one. Highly recommend for even big kitties.

This Tudor house looks great! Reminds me of a retro dollhouse. It’s a good size, and the gabled ends and window coverings are fun additions. My cat isn’t so interested

My cat isn’t so interested in playing house so it may just become a scratch pad. It’s plenty big enough for her (11lbs of floof) but she’s not a fan of tudor life.
