This litter box is everything I was looking for. The clean up is a breeze with the drawer that pulls out. The cover is just big enough. Nothing sticks and let’s just talk about the scooper that comes with it. Amazing. The right size holes allow for smaller bits to stay in while larger particles also stay in. Just be careful when scooping, the handle feels a little flimsy, like it would break if using too much pressure.

Product arrived very well packaged so no dents or dings. Was pretty easy to assemble although I did notice the instructions mentioned attaching screws. There were no screws included nor did there appear to be any location for screws to be placed. A few of my cats have never seen or used a covered litter box and I still think I have only three using it. I like the fact that you can pull out the litter box like a drawer for easy scooping and there is very little litter scatter between being covered, and then the mat that is placed in front of the opening. I’m still not sure what purpose the flap on top of the cover serves? The front of the hooded top also opens like a hatch so you have a couple of different ways you can scoop this box. I highly recommend stainless steel litter boxes, once you have them and realize how much less odor there is, you won’t go back to plastic! Truly worth the investment!

I really do like this litter box, it does have a few drawbacks though. I love that the drawer is stainless steel. No more odor soaking into the plastic or sharp claws creating scratches for more odor and bacteria to get trapped. It’s also pretty sleek looking for a litter box. It’s nice that there is a spot on top of the lid for easy litter refilling or for your cat to jump out of that way if they’d like. I also like that this litter box can completely break down for easy cleaning, and the pull out drawer is very convenient for a quick litter change. The front door is a bit small (even for my smaller sized cats, but the litter box is still functional without it on, so I left it off. It’s nice to have the option to use with or without that door. For the drawbacks.. it can be a little tricky to get all the parts together for set up. Some parts don’t easily snap together and you need to use a little force. The instructions also stated it included nonslip rubber feet for the bottom and a screw to keep the litter box together, but neither of these were included in my package. It does stay together so far without the screw though. I immediately cut my finger during setup on a sharp plastic edge due to a design flaw (pictured) so use caution of that. My girls immediately started using the box with no issues which is wonderful! For now, I’m still offering their old one as well for a week or two and they seem to prefer the new one. Overall, I really do like this litter box and do recommend it!

We have been using this litter box for our two male blackies, ages 6 and 12, since October. Our cats quickly became comfortable with it. Our vet told us that any litter dust in the enclosure would not be a problem. The design of the box looks nice and the enclosed space has drastically reduced the amount of dust that has been a problem in the past. The mat catches a lot of litter that would otherwise be on the floor. The stainless steel basin is considerably easier than plastic to clean. Several of areas for improvement: The assembly process would be a bit more intuitive with numbered stickers or some other identification system. One of the parts was not evident to us between the picture in the assembly instructions and the actual component. The bottom slide can sometimes be a little "sticky" and might benefit from a roller/wheel system like some drawers use to slide in and out. Perhaps a click into place release button to pull it out and secure it back into place after cleaning would be helpful. Depending on the floor surface, sliding the basin out can be a little challenging sometimes. If it was suspended instead of being flush with the ground it would be much easier to slide. The top component is a little unstable. It would benefit from being able to "snap" into place more securely. We have accidentally pushed it out of its assembled position a few times when holding the top canopy while trying to pull out the drawer. We found the scoop to be very strange. It almost seems like two separate pieces accidently became tangled. It is unusable. Despite these issues, we love the box. More importantly, our boys do, too! We definitely recommend it and we love Chewy!

We love this litterbox system! I have been wanting to switch from plastic to stainless steel for a while now and i’m so glad we tried it. We clean out our boxes daily but have definitely noticed a decrease in lingering order. It’s a great size, even my big 20 pound cat fits comfortably in it and it feels very heavy duty. The pull out drawer makes it very easy to clean and I appreciate the tray to collect litter as the cats hop out of the box. Definitely recommend!

Right out of the box I could tell that the construction was solid and the sides were adequately tall. There were a number of pieces but the minor assembly was quick & easy (less than 10 min). The steel litter pan is kind of thick but not too heavy. I like that the cats can't scratch it up and it scoops way more smoothly than plastic. The scoop holder is a nice touch; very convenient. I have 5 cats. 3 larger boys and 2 smaller girls. They were all immediately interested. My smallest, Iris hopped inside before the litter was even added. She was in/out/on top of the litter box when in investigational mode. After the litter was added and the top put on my other girl, Sasha, cautiously stepped inside, investigated then was the first to actually "use" the litter box. The cover didn't seem to bother either of the girls BUT the larger boys (Charlie, Milo, Fahid) didn't care for it. I ended up having to remove the cover for the boys to accept the litter box. They have all since used the uncovered litter box multiple times. The litter catching tray is kind of pointless. All of the cats just jump over it but they do use it as a step to enter the box. A litter catching mat would probably work better or maybe a longer catching tray/step. Overall, a great litter box and I would definitely recommend it.

I received the HEGGCOOE Enclosed Stainless litterbox on 10/21/25. It only took minutes to get set up, and i love how it's designed. The deep stainless steel pan slides out and back in with ease and it's a breeze to scoop it with the included litter scoop. Even small bits get scooped up with the fine mesh portion of the scoop!! Our cat Artemis took to it in short order, and now she can dig and fling litter without it going all over the floor. I love this litterbox!!

It is very well made, and the doors can be removed to accommodate the preferences of the cat. We also really appreciate that the pay is not plastic, and the cats took to it immediately. We are really liking it so far and have no issue.
