Delivery Issues

I love the product and company! My complaint is the deliver service you use. Fed Ex made a delivery for my first delivery and left the box on the sidewalk out side

I love the product and company! My complaint is the deliver service you use. Fed Ex made a delivery for my first delivery and left the box on the sidewalk out side my house instead of putting it on my porch less than 6 feet away. I was hoping it was a one time issue. No, Fed Ex did the same thing again! This time my box was stolen with in 5 minutes of delivery. I had the thief on camera and the police was involved. An arrest was made and I did get my box back. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last order from Chewy. It’s not worth the delivery issues.

Smells good

We have two extremely stinky dogs. This works okay, it does smell really good but doesn't last long, only about two days. Could just be our dogs.

Scent and lather

The shampoo lathers really well, unfortunately the scent does not last. I noticed it leaves a residue on my dogs coat where their hair looks dull.
