Surprised
For the first time after many orders, this food came in bulging cans. Not all the cans in the case, but some. It is recommended by USDA that bulging cans should be discarded. I will continue to order this product, but will be careful to check the cans.
Maggots included
Ordered two cases with the box arriving without visable exterior damage. I opened the box and was welcomed by a horrible stench. Multiple cans were collapsed with their ingredients spilling all over the plastic shrink wrap. Maggots were crawling around the mess. The box was packed with very little material to prevent movement during shipment. Curiously, the box arrived sealed and intact with no viable damage with a large stain on the inside of the box.
my cat hates this food
I haven’t even gone through 10 cans. My cat ate the first couple and now she won’t touch it and insists on eating my other cats food.
Poor Quality
I've been using this food for my cat for a few years now. Something is wrong with this batch. It's runny and watery. So dissatisfied. For the price I expect better.

Very Effective
I switched my senior cat to this hairball control food several years ago and it has COMPLETELY stopped her throwing up hairballs. She is also on the hairball dry food but that wasn't enough to stop the problem.
Too soft
This food has no body that my cat was used to
I no longer have to supplement
I was already using hills science diet dry food for my kitties and a different brand of wet. I was using a fish oil supplement for dandruff but the oil was stinky, had separated, and I stopped using it. However after starting this hills science diet 'adult hairball control savory chicken entree' the dandruff is back under control and their coats shine! They also love it.
