Hill's has converted to alternative preservatives for its products. At this time, they do not use BHA/BHT in any products. Hill's uses mixed tocopherols for freshness which is a natural vitamin E preservative.

Need More Proteins Besides Chicken

Clementine loves this food but it certainly doesn’t love her. I’ve never seen her coat look so dry and brittle even with a daily oil supplement added in. I think

Clementine loves this food but it certainly doesn’t love her. I’ve never seen her coat look so dry and brittle even with a daily oil supplement added in. I think Hill’s has good formulas but senior dogs deserve the option to eat more than just chicken all the time, especially when most dogs are allergic to it. On the bright side though, it didn’t tear up her stomach which we’re both thankful for.

For the first time in 7 years my dog has had a firm stool, no gas, no stomach sounds/grumbling. I've tried added probiotic/prebiotics and didn't have this positive change. I've tried raw, grain free, fresh, none worked longer than a couple weeks, this has given my dog the best results. Science wins.
