I bought this for Gidget but unfortunately it isn't 5 stars with her. She will eat it, but doesn't lick her bowl clean like she does with other canned food.
Our 13yr old diabetic dog love this. It doesn't too smell bad like a lot of other wet food.
When this was out of stock in the small trays I ordered the same product in trays for "Adult Dogs Age 1-6" but that turned out to upset her bowels, so this time I got these large cans for "Senior Dogs" and that agrees with her very well. She is 11 and must eat soft foods now, few teeth left. It is chunky and has moisture, thin gravy, which she prefers over some soft pate foods that are dryer and pasty. What I do not like so much is these large cans because it takes longer to use up. I mix it with another soft food that accounts for the difference. Hopefully the trays will be back in stock soon.
Andy likes this food and I am glad that it does not clump together when refrigerated - makes it easier to get out of the can. I use a couple spoons as a topping on Andy's dry food. Works very well for me, but most of all, Andy enjoys it !
Our beagle is getting older and even more picky. We have been through a variety of recommended products. This one apparently hit the mark for him. We mix it with his vet approved dry food that’s also purchased through chewy.
My dog is not only senior, but she can be a picky eater. I often buy food that she might eat a little and than turn up her nose. She loves this stew for senior dogs.
It’s hard for me to review this since my dog refused to eat it. I think it’s my sensitive dog, whose been unwell, more than the food.
Trying to find a food with smaller pieces now that I'm older & have fewer teeth, this seems great!
My doggie loves her canned food. She gets dry in the morning and canned food at night. This is really helping her because she is a gobbler and very old.
My jack liked it but both times he ate it he vomited it back up. I have 10 cans in my pantry, might try him again later.
