Used these a while back when my dog’s stomach was acting up and he wasn’t really eating. Worked a treat and was easy on his guts. I don’t think I’d use daily but it truly was a life saver.
My dog acted bored during dinner. I bought this to see if it would help her appetite. She is currently getting a premium, limited ingredient kibble with some premium canned. I eliminated the canned and added the bone broth. I could not believe the difference when I added this to her food, now she whines and prances for dinner, before I used to have to wake her up. Needless to say, I will look into AutoShip
My dog really does love this topper. He gobbles up his food so quickly whenever we add this. However, unfortunately we've noticed that everytime we add this, he seems to develop an intense compulsion to chew and lick his paws excessively. He seems to be allergic to this. We stopped adding this topper and the compulsive chewing and excessive licking stopped as well. This is truly sad as he loves it so much, so would recommend for flavor but would also strongly advise to watch your doggos for adverse effects in case they also turn out allergic to this product like mine is.
My older dog has become a problem eater. I usually have to add something. Rice worked for a while but then she stopped eating. She was also approaching the bowl strangely. I put a little of the chicken stew on her dry kibble mixed with canned (she’s been on a prescription dog food since she was about 2) and she gobbled it up. Now she waits excitedly while I prepp her food. I love that she is loving food again and I love that this is human grade and real food!
With this on top of her healthy kibble my dog is way more enthusiastic about her food.
Otis Lee loves this stuff! Just a spoonful on his dry food and he is no longer a picky eater!
Really hate the packaging. A lot of it stays inside and is not easy to store if you don’t use the entire package. Also is expensive to use. Dog liked it fine, but she’s not picky. I just thought it would be nice to add to her kibble. Going to look for a different brand.
My dog and cat love all flavors. It is important to me that my animals get the best natural and organic ingredients.
Both by JR and Yorkie have pancreatitis so I try Honest Kitchen. They are finicky so I switch from beef to chicken. Our vet is amazed because their blood work is normal. Very impressed with Honest Kitchen.
My dog isnt very picky but he turned his head up at this and he also threw up quite a few times after eating it. Also kinda messy packaging if you dont use it all at once. Love that its all real healthy ingredients though.
