These cookies are hard to break in pieces. Is it okay to give to my toy sized dog? Or do you make slightly smaller similar versions of this with goat milk?

i give them to my 10lb chihuahua mix
what's the sodium content for cookie?
Answer by • Mar 18, 2022
Since The Honest Kitchen treats are designed for supplemental feeding, the manufacturer does not run a full analyses on them. Any of The Honest Kitchen treats sodium levels are naturally occurring, as they do not add any extra salt. The Goat's Milk N' Cookies treats would be he Honest Kitchen's lowest sodium treat in their line, the sodium ranges approximately between 0.03% and 0.06%.
I thought vanilla was bad for dogs?
Answer by • Nov 10, 2021
The vanilla used in the goat's milk treats does not have alcohol in it. In its pure form, vanilla is perfectly safe for dogs to eat. Vanilla extract contains and alcohol and should not be given to dogs.
Is the vanilla actual vanilla bean or vanilla flavoring/extract?
These are my dog's favorite treats He doesn't get them often, reserved for after-bath, or after nail-clipping. And he never lets me forget to give him one, pointedly looking at the cabinet I keep them in.

I love The Honest Kitchen SO much!
FYI, just because your dog/cat didn't like a treat, doesn't mean it's a product you "wouldn't recommend" and that it should get 0/5 stars. That's not how a product review works. It should be based on quality.
I always get The Honest Kitchen products. Their products' ingredients are awesome. I've gotten these cookies multiple times. They smell SO SO good. My dogs absolutely love them. I rotate between the blueberry and vanilla and peanut butter and honey ones. They're about the size of an American quarter. They're a good crunchy biscuit, but not hard like a rock. My Shih Tzu who is missing teeth and our Yorkie can chew these no problem. Love this brand so much!!

Unfortunately my dog doesn't like these
They smell good and sweet like a cookie. Unfortunately my dog doesn't like these unless I pour milk on them! Seems like good quality, but I will not buy again.

not for my dog
Both times I gave this to my dog he threw up. I didn’t realize it was this treat until I realized it was the only thing different in his diet. He usually eats the honest kitchen chicken dehydrated food.
Although I like their other products, this one I will not buy again.

Warning: Not for you, silly human
These smell so delicious. As a two legged they are probably tempting to eat. Don't do it and let your royal poochies enjoy. Which, mine do and get a twinkle in their eyes when we open the treat jar.

Loves these
Rupert loves these goat milk blueberry and vanilla cookies. They also seem to be friendly on his sensitive tummy. I will be buying all the flavors now! Also, they smell so good I would eat them! Haha

favorite cookie
My dog absolutely loves these. She was never a big fan of crunchy treats but these are different for her I guess! I just wish they were smaller because they are too high in calories for me to give her more than 1-2 a day (she’s on the small side), and they don’t break apart very easily.
