Add a little Honest Kitchen to your pets food over the course of 5-7 days, while decreasing the amount of current food.
We must have the sloppiest eater ever! Finn always makes a huge mess when he eats wet or dry food. It ends up scattered everywhere. Not so with Honest Kitchen-he licks up every bite. He really likes the soupy consistency. And this is the best food I’ve found for him. Though I will say my vet can’t figure out why they would add turmeric, since it’s an inflammatory ingredient. Still, it’s the last ingredient listed, so it must be almost trace amounts. I’m sticking with Honest Kitchen.
My cats loved it they are some what fussy at times
The cats enjoy it. I never have a missed meal. I tried switching to a less expensive food but my boys were not having that lol
I like this food because of the great ingredients and quality. It's a little soupy texture. Would like it to be more meaty and brothy instead of gravy like but the ingredients are excellent and no fillers or junk. My cats like it. The price is higher so I use this sparingly in-between other cans.
Over the last 5 or 6 years, I keep trying The Honest Kitchen brand because the ingredients are top notch. I have yet to get any of my cats to be enthusiastic about eating it. Even the dry food is refused. I have never had a cat to refuse dry food. I use dry food as treats, not there main meal. It's unfortunate that this brand has never worked for my 3 cats.
As long as my boy Zeus is in love with the Honest Kitchen products that’s all that matters to me. I lost my other little boy 3 weeks ago and my boy Zeus is very sad because he lost his best friend of 12 years so I will do anything to make my boy happy and he loves the everything from the honest kitchen and I mean every product.
I bought this to replace Open Farm because that's expensive and now really difficult to get. This is similar but doesn't get as thick which is nice because my cat wouldn't eat the Open Farm when it got thick, I had to find ways to thin it and make it more appealing. It also doesn't seem to have the hard pieces that brand of turkey did. My cat loves it. though we're still running through the last of our Open Farm supply I'm confident in this switch and would recommend.
My cats won't have anything to do with this food. One of my cats eats just about anything and even she looked up at me like I was crazy to be feeding her this and just walked away. I would not recommend this food even though it is healthy- what good does it do if they refuse to eat it. My cats do not eat freely and have scheduled feeding times and they were hungry- I just had to open up something else for them,
My indoor and stray outdoor kitties didn't eat this unless I mixed it with foods with a more solid consistency. I like the packaging - one box is plenty for two meals, especially if it needs to be mixed. (It's mostly soup). I tried a pate in this line and they seemed to eat it more readily. Might try a few more pate flavors because the quality seems good.
My cat wanted absolutely nothing to do with this, she literally ran away from it!! Tried giving it to a stray cat that I feed, and it sat in the bowl untouched as well, lol! Still Searching for the right food.
