Switched my dogs to this several months ago, have seen a huge improvement in their coats. Before, they had very dull fur and shed a ton. Since they've been on this food, they barely shed at all and their fur is healthy looking, thick and shiny. I also like that you can actually see the veggies in the food. Only drawback is because the food is gently cooked, it crumbles easily and there is some dust in the bottom of the bag. But you can just add some warm water to it and use as a topper. My dogs love it!!!

This is wonderful for those on a budget like us and great ingredients!

I was trying to find a more budget friendly dry food that doesn't break the bank but has humane ingredients for my sweet Ponyo! We mix this with Dehydrated food

I was trying to find a more budget friendly dry food that doesn't break the bank but has humane ingredients for my sweet Ponyo! We mix this with Dehydrated food from this brand and we save a lot more money in the long run! And he loves it too! He gobbles it right up! So happy I found this brand! You got a life long customer!

When i fed this food alone i noticed my dog was quite a bit more thirsty. I always soak her food with water and likewise i soaked this as well but she was noticeably more thirsty on this. I also noticed that her poop looked quite yellow, not its normal brown color. She does like it. To use the rest of it i have been adding a little in with her other food and that seems to work out fine.

Human-grade dry food that puppers found tasty

Essential clusters from The Honest Kitchen are a great topper and mix-in for our big dogs. Our boxer gets an occasional full bowl for dinner because she loves them

Essential clusters from The Honest Kitchen are a great topper and mix-in for our big dogs. Our boxer gets an occasional full bowl for dinner because she loves them so much. We use them as training treats for both dogs, too. The pieces almost look and feel freeze-dried. We tried the whole-grain chicken recipe. It’s made with human-grade, cage-free chicken and chicken is the first ingredient, followed by oats, peas, barley, and flaxseed. They cold press human-grade Whole Foods, then roast the clusters and dehydrate them. The result is dry food with a nice aroma and that our puppers found tasty. I will continue to use this food and recommend it.

Tasty topper or training treat!

My dogs really enjoyed the taste of this product. Although, we are not picky eaters in this house hold. Because the kibbles are freeze dried, they are not greasy

My dogs really enjoyed the taste of this product. Although, we are not picky eaters in this house hold. Because the kibbles are freeze dried, they are not greasy. This makes them great for using as a training tool or if you want to keep some in your pocket! For about a week, I was using these kibbles soaked as a topper for one of my dogs who had oral surgery. I noticed that these kibbles did seem to take a bit longer to rehydrate in contrast to non-freeze dried, standard kibbles. I am not too attached to the "human grade ingredients" label. My dogs aren't humans, and I am not a dog.

Human Grade

I can not purchase this again. It does not come in a 10 pound bag...only 5 and 20 pound bags. I cannot able to carry 20 pound bags and the 5 pound bags are too

My dog was excited but bag is damaged

The item arrived a few days ago and I just opened it. I wasn’t sure why there was debris on the bottom of the package and I took a closer look and there is a hole

All three of my dogs LOVE these clusters. I use them for treats. It is a very economical way to use these clusters. And I top their food with them -- which makes them feel like they're getting extra treats! And on one rare occasion -- they each got an entire (small amount) bowl full. That created some serious tail wags. My kitten likes it too -- but he gets some frowns from the dogs when he tries to tuck into some clusters. This is a wonderful food. It really makes my life so much easier to have the dogs willing to do what I ask if they get a cluster.

Didn't impress my pup but may work for others

I really appreciate that Honest Kitchen Essential Clusters (chicken flavor) are grain-free and made with real ingredients. Unfortunately, my dog just didn’t take

I really appreciate that Honest Kitchen Essential Clusters (chicken flavor) are grain-free and made with real ingredients. Unfortunately, my dog just didn’t take to them. He seemed to prefer his usual kibble, and the pieces were a bit larger and harder than what he’s used to. On top of that, he did get sick twice while trying this food. To be fair, he does have a very sensitive stomach, but in the end we weren’t able to finish the bag. It just didn’t agree with him, which was disappointing.
