We just received our ball today 12/8/24. Ball lasted less than 2 hours. Our dog got into the one of black and white seems and started tearing the covering off. Can anything be done or did I just wasted my money$

Do NOT buy this-STRONG smell

The off-gassing from the plastic is SO strong, I can’t even have it in my house. I can smell it from 4 feet away. The best comparison is to a strong scented laundry

The off-gassing from the plastic is SO strong, I can’t even have it in my house. I can smell it from 4 feet away. The best comparison is to a strong scented laundry detergent or fabric softener, like downy unstoppables when they’re in the container. I can taste it. It’s been making me cough all day and my dog won’t even play with it. It was her Christmas present. This is definitely not worth the $23 I spent on it. If Chewy doesn’t accept a return it’s going in the trash because I’d never give this to another dog.

Not worth the money.

My dog loved it but this ball was made cheaply. The cheap part was the base of the ball not the tabs. This was after a 10min play time.

The tabs as well as the loop were consumed within a few hours of play. In the process of trying to pick it up, the dog punctured it, so in the trash it went. Waste

Terrible Quality

I bought a smaller soccer ball with ribbons that lasted 4 months. Poppy loves to chew on the ribbons so I don’t expect an indestructible toy. Instead of buying the same ball again, I bought this one only because it was a bit bigger. This soccer ball didn’t last 5 feet. She picked up the ball by the black ribbon and before she got to me it fell off and she was left holding the black ribbon. I was disappointed but let her continue playing with the ball. The Green ribbons are such poor quality they immediately started ripping. Yes I know they won’t last forever but the quality was so poor that within 10 minutes 2 were ripped in half. And they shred into strings instead of just fraying like our previous ball.
