The Chicken Me Out Pate has an Ash content of 2.37% as fed and 9.32% on a dry matter basis, the Oh My Cod! Pate has an Ash content of 2.78% as fed and 12.31% on a dry matter basis and the Purrky Turkey Pate has an Ash content of 2.49% as fed and 9.94% on a dry matter basis.

What is the phosphorus content on a dry matter basis?

The Chicken Me Out Pate recipe has an average Phosphorus content of 1.62% on a dry matter basis and 0.41% as fed. The Oh My Cod! Pate recipe has an average Phosphorus content of 1.98% on a dry matter basis and 0.45% as fed. The Purrky Turkey Pate recipe has an average Phosphorus content of 1.77% on a dry matter basis and 0.44% as fed.

Why doesn't it say "made in USA" on the can or box anymore?

The manufacturer has updated their packaging. This food is manufactured in the USA and the majority of their ingredients are sourced and originate in the US or Canada, but they do source some high-quality ingredients from around the world. They source some proteins from outside the US or Canada, such as from Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand. There are ingredients, for instance some essential vitamins and minerals, that simply do not originate in the US, which may be sourced from China.

Easy to eat

My seniors have hard time chewing and the consistency of this food is creamy, which helps them enjoy their meals. I mixed it with a little Friskies pate. Their bowls

My seniors have hard time chewing and the consistency of this food is creamy, which helps them enjoy their meals. I mixed it with a little Friskies pate. Their bowls were empty. I have one kitty who also can't eat certain foods and he seems to be o.k. with this brand. This brand is more expensive, but my seniors are worth it.

Quality Food | Love a variety pack

We have THE pickiest round of kitties right now! Bobbi and Connie will love a food one day and walk away the next, no matter the brand. They are a little more consistent

We have THE pickiest round of kitties right now! Bobbi and Connie will love a food one day and walk away the next, no matter the brand. They are a little more consistent with I and Love and You - - I read that you should find 2-3 wet foods your cat(s) will eat and rotate so that's what I've decided to do instead of trying to stick with one brand - it seems if I purchase the "better" brand (I rely on cats.com as well as Chewy customer reviews) when selecting a brand and so far with Nulo and this one, there are no litter box issues, etc. My third brand is Tiki Cat but they seem to really not like shreds. I really like brands that offer variety packs because honestly, one day they love chicken and then they don't.....gotta love cats!

I tried several different cans and some of them my cats ate a few bites and walked away.. and some others they looked like they had some weird green-tinted stuff

I purchased both of the variety packs and was surprised at how my cats wouldn't have anything to do with this food. The texture looked like it would appeal to my gravy licker but no luck. The cod, turkey and chicken flavors were all presented at different times but neither cat would even sample them. Left the second box sealed as I knew it would just be a waste to crack open the other cans. This was a new brand for us, grateful for Chewy to give us a refund and allows us to try new things without a huge fear of being stuck with a case of expensive food.
