Are any ingredients sourced from China?

None of the proteins, vegetables, fruits or other major ingredients are from China. However, when it comes to vitamins, there are a few ingredients that are only available to be sourced from China. A small amount of Taurine is used in the cat kibble and wet cat foods to meet the nutrient requirements set by AAFCO, this ingredient may be sourced from China. In addition, several US based suppliers have announced they can no longer source vitamin B6, folic acid, and D-calcium pantothenate from outside of China.

Phosphorous content on a dry basis please

The Wholly Cow recipe contains 0.32% Phosphorous content on an as fed basis (1.30% on a dry matter basis). The Savory Salmon recipe contains 0.40% Phosphorous content on an as fed basis (1.78% on a dry matter basis). The Purrky Turkey recipe contains 0.44% Phosphorous content on an as fed basis (1.77% on a dry matter basis).

In all fairness, Pheobe is a picky kitty in her old age. Finding a food she will eat is a struggle. I let Mr. Bond have it and he wasn't too impressed either, which shocked me, this cat eats almost anything. Having said that, don't let my kitty cats stop anyone from buying for their kitties. Try this brand, if for some reason your cat doesn't like it either, you can always donate to a shelter.
