The case of food I received last month did not seem to be up to its usual high standard. My cat refuses to eat the food from lot 517B2ARKF1 with BB date 4/20/27

The case of food I received last month did not seem to be up to its usual high standard. My cat refuses to eat the food from lot 517B2ARKF1 with BB date 4/20/27. Will eat #502B1ARKF1 BB date 5/20/27. I have 15 double portions of food she will not eat. Should I return it to you. I found 5 of the double packs with the date she will eat and she is happy to have it. Something is different with that new lot number.

Love the food, hate the packaging

My cats love this food and I am happy with the ingredient breakdown. I will continue to purchase this food for those reasons BUT the packaging is a huge nuisance

My cats love this food and I am happy with the ingredient breakdown. I will continue to purchase this food for those reasons BUT the packaging is a huge nuisance. The portions are not easy to open and I would imagine if you were elderly or arthritic they would be nearly impossible. I ALWAYS get cat food juice on my hands and every once in awhile the portions “burst open” as I peel the lids off and I’ve gotten food on my clothes and in my hair. ICK! I swear it takes me double the time to open these up for my 2 cats compared to a regular cat food can.

decent grain-free option

my cat fatigues easily on all of Iams flavors so I must rotate this with other brands for her. also, this enraging packaging is absolutely, positively ridiculous

my cat fatigues easily on all of Iams flavors so I must rotate this with other brands for her. also, this enraging packaging is absolutely, positively ridiculous. not only for its wastefulness, but i've also sliced my fingers on the edges of the perforated plastic when separating portions on 5 different occasions. I'm sorry but after this many times it's not operator error, it's simply a huge design flaw. do better, iams.
