I found out she was allergic to Blue Buffalo Tastefuls dry and wet food that I had had for my other cat LuveeLu after feeding it to her for four days. I called

I found out she was allergic to Blue Buffalo Tastefuls dry and wet food that I had had for my other cat LuveeLu after feeding it to her for four days. I called Mr. Kitty's Cat Cafe (partner of Eau Claire Community Humane Association - Eau Claire WI) to see what they fed her before I adopted her. They recommended Iam's. Proactive Health dry food!! No allergy issues and I'm sooooo happy. I was so very worried about her when she was ill!!!!

Nearly killed my cat. Overpriced Poison.

I switched from a different Iams formula to this proactive hairball formula. Unfortunately, it was on authorship and I wound up with two bags of it. Unfortunately

I switched from a different Iams formula to this proactive hairball formula. Unfortunately, it was on authorship and I wound up with two bags of it. Unfortunately because it made my 10 year old cat deathly ill. He vomited every time he ate it and lost a considerable amount of weight. I was concerned he may have cancer. In a Hail Mary effort to get some food into his little body I gave him some salmon. Strange, he kept it down. I thought “hmm, maybe it’s the food.” Immediately, I bought some cheap Meow Mix and Sheba wet food at a nearby store to see what would happen. That was 3 days ago. He hasn’t gotten sick once and is slowly getting his energy back. The Iams is loaded up in 2 trash bags in my car awaiting its trip to the dump.

My cat loves this!

Since starting our cat on this Iams hairball formula, he almost NEVER (knock on wood) throws up a hairball of any size. He loves the food, and it's doing it's job!

I changed my order from the ProActive Health Indoor Weight and Hairball formula. I gradually transitioned to the current order. My cats have been sick and constantly throwing up since I switched. It's concerning. My cats have never experienced a problem before. Therefore, I question the integrity of the food I ordered. I have since purchased the Indoor weight and hairball formula from a local store and my cats have stopped throwing up. It's a mystery, because it wasn't a radical change like switching brands. Afterall, it's IAMS and the formula isn't much different. I now have 2 - 16 lb bags of food I will not feed my cats. Truly disappointed.

Size

Blackie seems to prefer these versus the other (green bag). I'm not sure if it's the taste or the smaller size. He is getting up there in years now.

Everything arrived in perfect condition and on time. Already knew about his urinal tract food being a good find but tried Iams as a supplement because he struggles with hair balls and kitties usually won't eat the tube gel after the first go. This stuff is awesome! Within the first sample he was tossing those horrible things out and we are now happier he won't have really bad issues wirh them.
